READ: INDOOR DINING RETURNS TO NYC

Harlem Bespoke: New York City restaurants will be able to run indoor service with 25 percent capacity starting today, Wednesday, September 30th.  Retail, malls and gyms have been open recently and the metrics are still very low as far as new COVID-19 cases are concerned in parts of the city where everyone is doing their part.  There appears to have been an uptick with new Coronavirus cases in certain Brooklyn and Queens in the past couple of days but this is more directly linked to the ways certain religious communities have been neglecting social distancing and not because the city is slowly reopening.  Masks will be required to be worn by guests upon arrival but can be taken off when seatings begins tonight: LINK
