CONSTRUCTION: 150 WEST 124TH STREET

Harlem Bespoke:  An old garage building at 150 West 124th Street between Lenox and Adam Clayton now has a towering addition up top.  The 4-story prewar building has been used as a garage facility for decades but was probably originally built for horse stables back in the day.  Currently plans are in place to elevate everything to 12 floors and some modern windows have been installed recently at the original lower levels.  A healthcare facility is the end goal but the top level apparently will be low-income housing for the neighborhood.
