Harlem Bespoke: Dozens of small clear green houses have popped up all over the sidewalk and on Frederick Douglass Boulevard this afternoon as part of a big effort to help the restaurants located on the corridor below 125th Street this winter. These are not communal spaces and thus individual parties are protected within when dining outdoors. The city cancelled indoor dining once again this afternoon (starting on Monday) so the arrival of glassy enclosures have indeed made a timely appearance.
