Harlem Bespoke: The affordable rentals at The Frederick finished up this year and now a brand new supermarket will be arriving at the commercial space at the lower level. We walked by the development on Frederick Douglass Boulevard by 128th Street this week and noticed that CTown has signage up now and should be opening soon. More access to groceries is always needed in the neighborhood and this is definitely one of the better ways to lease retail space of this size. More on The Frederick can be found in our past post:
