READ: RETURNING HOME FROM THE SUBURBS

Harlem Bespoke: One of the first New York Times articles of the year mentions that about 5 percent of New York City moved to the suburbs last spring in the mass panic exodus but some of that demographic is starting to come back.  There has always been that debate about more space that makes living outside of the city especially attractive to families and those who were in panic mode earlier on last year quickly left.   Isolation has since brought some perspective now and many who miss the creative, forward-thinking and independent identity of being city dweller have now started an exodus back home.  More in the New York Times: LINK
