Harlem Bespoke: We have been hinting for
over a year now that a local restauranteur would open a seafood specific spot at the former Sexy Taco shop on Lenox by 118th Street and now an official announcement has been made. The new restaurant called
Melba's Mussels was introduced on
Eater today and will be the sister eatery to the famous Melba's on Frederick Douglass Boulevard. A former chef from Vinateria will also be heading up the kitchen which will featured various mussel presentations and should open in March. Menus are currently being finalized but expect international flavors such as Thai curry mussels to compliment the classics.
