Harlem Bespoke: A New York Post article has revealed that many building owners are now realizing that restaruants really anchor a neighborhood and will now throw money at new businesses to arrive within empty spaces. The pandemic deals are now a good environment for expansion and rents with up to a 75 percent discount have apparently been offered recently. Perks also go beyond cheap rent since some landlords are even subsidizing up to $1 million for startup renovation costs as part of the deal so the times have really changed this year.
