Harlem Bespoke: It has been almost a year since movie theaters in the city have shut down but now Governor Cuomo
has announced this week that limited 25 percent capacity will start up March 5th. All venues must have upgraded ventilation system in place and the absolute maximum will be 50 people socially distanced at any showing. COVID infection rates hit a three month low for the state at just above 3 percent and Manhattan is doing especially well out of all the NYC boroughs at 2.98 percent:
