Harlem Bespoke: Bike racks are popping up all over the city and we noticed another adorable use for them this past week. We were on a morning coffee run and saw that one of the guest had use the rack out front to park their pooch for a quick second. This was the first time we clocked one of the newer bike racks at this section of Hamilton Heights but apparently the city will be rolling out thousands more by the next year or so.
