Harlem Bespoke: A new thing to try in the heat is Bingsoo which is the Korean dessert using a special shaved ice machine to make a cool cup of chilly thrills. It’s all layered with flavored sweetened cream and fruit or other fantastic ingredients which are mixed together as you dig in. You can see in the lower photo that the frosty ice is smooth and powdery which is quite an experience for those who have not tasted this specialty.
