Harlem Bespoke: We walked by the commercial spaces at the former Audubon Ballroom on Broadway by 165th Street this week and noticed that one of the smaller storefronts had new signage up. Ramen Ku-Raku is now set to open just a few blocks west of Morris-Jumel Mansion and will be the newest Japanese ramen spot to open uptown. Tampopo Ramen by 181st Street currently holds the title as one of the only ramen shops in The Heights but now some good company will be arriving soon. There's definitely room for more since ramen is very popular these days and upper Manhattan still does not have as many options as neighborhoods further downtown. With that said, Jin Ramen should finally be opening a third location in Hamilton Heights within the coming months: LINK
