Harlem Bespoke: We actually sat down and had a bagel at
Ink which is the sister daytime cafe to Belle on Adam Clayton Powell just north of 138th Street. A newly renovated interior with the giant swings at the bar is really something else and we sat at the counter to get the full experience. Would the swing fall and crash to the floor? Nope! Only good times was had for the early afternoon experience which included one of the hand crafted bagels with an order of fluffy scrambled eggs, cheese and sausage. The bagel game here is just getting better each visit and the a la carte element lets everyone make their own sandwich orders to individual preferences. Ink is now open 7 days a week for pickup or dine-in service from 8:00AM to 2:00PM. More in our past post:
