Harlem Bespoke: We reported back in January that Cantina would be arriving at the old Bier International space on Frederick Douglass by 113th Street and now signage is up at the storefront. The above photo was taken over the weekend and the facade looks pretty much complete with a new coat of mint green paint. This will be the third location of the Mexican spot that apparently is quite popular in the neighborhood and another new businesses making good use of the storefront glut from the past year.
