Harlem Bespoke: We are are big fan of anything soul food related and occasionally will travel downtown for an event like Mac and Cheese ice cream that Van Leeuwen was dishing out for one day only yesterday. Kraft partnered up with the local ice cream shop to get social media buzzing and we took the bait. We tried out a few scoops at the East 7th Street location in the village and it was not all too dramatic since the color association was the craziest part about the whole thing. So how was it? If you ever had frozen mascarpone ice cream then this is pretty much similar but with slightly a little more salt at the finish. The underlying flavor is also similar to the cheesecake ice cream that Sugar Hill Creamery uses for their blueberry cheesecake best seller: LINK
