Harlem Bespoke: We finally made it over to Plant Corner which is in the brownstone second floor commercial space on Lenox just north of 119th Street. Doors open at 11:00AM on the weekends and there was already a small crowd browsing around at by noontime. This little boutique shop is definitely one of the more charming specialty stores to have open in the neighborhood and the owner is very knowledgable concerning with all things green. More commercially available indoor foliage can be found to the right wall as you walk into the historic space but the a lot of the excitement can be found on the collectors wall to the left which has some rare botany seldom seen in the neighborhood. Plant Corner will be going on summer break after the holiday weekend so make sure to drop by today to get peek.
