Harlem Bespoke: We checked out the second address for Charles Pan-Fried Chicken this weekend over on West 72nd Street just east of Broadway to see how things were going for the Upper West Side location of the Harlem eatery. Signage was already up at the storefront on the south side of the street and the interior has now been fully been gutted. This is the first time the local business has expanded south of 125th Street and more apparently will eventually be arriving in other areas of the city. At this rate, maybe a late summer or early fall opening will happen here and we expect the larger storefront on Edgecombe in Harlem to debut even sooner:
