Harlem Bespoke: The Cloak Room speakeasy announced last month that they would be opening today at the formers Hogshead Tavern at 126 Hamilton Place by 142nd Street but now everything will be delayed until September. Apparently everything is ready to go but staffing is the main issue these days for any new business. This quiet corner of Hamilton Heights will get little more nightlife sooner or later but in the meantime an official website has been set up:
