Harlem Bespoke: Rent prices are slowly ticking back up in Manhattan and the average non-doorman studio is going for $2,256 a month, one bedroom for $2,993 a month and two bedroom go for around $3,904 a month according to
a recent report on the market. Average rent for a one bedroom before the pandemic peaked at $3,417 a month so everything is currently at a discount apparently. With all that said, the city is still the most expensive to live in out of the big metropolitan areas in the United States and prices are only going up this year:
