Harlem Bespoke: Gotta give kudos to the
Central Park Conservancy for the big monster mash at the Harlem Meer last night! Hundreds of people lined up all sides of the Harlem pond on the north side of Central Park at 110th Street and Lenox Avenue to see the 30th Annual event. Local families donated several dozen Jack-O-Lanterns that were divided into two flotillas and were on display after 4:00PM in the afternoon yesterday. There was also a live DJ and the kids were jamming to tunes in their costumes for the festive occasion. If you have children and missed out, make sure to mark those calendars for next year's event which will probably be even bigger.
