DWELL: 423 WEST 141ST STREET SOLD IN OCTOBER

Harlem Bespoke: One of our favorite townhouses in Hamilton Heights was up for sale last fall for $3.195 million, had a contract out as of the end of August and now records show that the sale was finalized in October.

The broker site now reveals that the closing number was under the asking and this historic home sold for $2.925 million this past week.
