We went by the location of the new Tampopo Kitchen at 805 West 187th Street by Fort Washington Avenue to get a better idea of what was going on and construction is pretty much complete. Signage has not been placed up front when we walked by but some really cool hex tiles have been installed and a glimpse of the ceiling full of paper lantern lights can be seen. Hiring could be an issue at this point in time since the workforce is now slowly getting back into things but we really foresee some sort of announcement happening in the coming weeks.
