Harlem Bespoke: The restaurant
Blujeen shuttered over a couple of years ago on Frederick Douglass just north of 116th Street and now something is arriving at the commercial space. We took the above photo in the morning this week an notice that Compass now has signs up at this Central Harlem location. Other real estate offices on the boulevard within blocks of this address includes Brown Harris Stevens and Elliman so things appear to really be heating up as far as home-buying in the neighborhood.
