Harlem Bespoke: It looks like a new restaurant is taking over the former Savann space on Frederick Douglass Boulevard by West 122nd Street. We walked by in the past week and noticed that the previous mediterranean restaurant had brown paper on the windows and Tropical Cove now has temporary signage above the doorway. The vacant storefront next door recently opened up as a food delivery service so things are really picking up as far as commercial spaces go:
