Harlem Bespoke: Bars and lounges have been popping up all over the place in the past year or so and we were suprised to see one actually shutter on Frederick Douglass Boulevard recently. This location was the Moca bar at the corner of West 119th Street and we saw some major construction at the address since the new year started.
Everything has been gutted within and has brand new dry wall from what we can see when peeking into the windows. A quick look at the permits on the plywood out front reveals that Rosa's pizzeria will be arriving soon and Frederick Douglass Boulevard should be expecting to get some good slices sometimes this wintertime.
