Harlem Bespoke: We last checked on the Lidl construction back during the summertime but it seems like things are still slowly moving along. The storefront on Frederick Douglass by 118th Street constantly has a crew on site and there appears to be a lot of new shelving or equipment for for the discount supermarket within but the fall debut date has definitely passed. It has now been a year since the initial announcement for the arrival of the notable chain but the pandemic probably set things back quite a bit.
