whopping $2,439 a month but those living uptown can save over thousands each year since deals are starting to happen as of late.

three bedroom at 473 West 146th Street by Amsterdam Avenue has been listed for $2,450 a month. This renovated apartment is close to many cafes, restaurants and grocery stores in the area and is just down the block from the 1 Train on Broadway. Express trains that will get you to midtown in less than 10 minutes are also two blocks over to the east.
