Harlem Bespoke: We posted last August that the Food Bazaar would be arriving soon on the east side of 125th Street close to the site of the demolished Pathmark and that day appears to be arriving soon. This location by Third Avenue in a brand new building is just at the next block over and now larger signs have been posted on the ground floor windows.
Older posters on the second floor above stated that there will be up to 8,500 square foot available and other commercial tenants could join in at the 201 East 125th Street storefront. It is still unclear what that all really means but there will definitely be an anchor supermarket here at the end of the day which is the most important detail. An opening date was also set for Summer 2021 but that deadline has since passed so look forward to maybe everything being pushed back to warmer months on this side of the year.
