RESTORATION: NEW WINDOWS AT 4 HAMILTON TERRACE

Harlem Bespoke:  The fixer upper at 4 Hamilton Terrace by roughly 142nd Street sold back in November 2020 for $1.475 million and now it appears that some major facade restoration is currently happening.   We walked by the Hamilton Heights Historic District address just today and noticed that a lot of work was being done on site.

As can be seen at the last two photos, a sparkling restored facade which was just water blasted today was one of the many highlights.  Then there was was the really architecturally accurate windows up top which probably had to be custom made with the intricately arched glass panels.  This semi-detached home also has windows on the side facing the courtyard of the neighboring church and will be a prime address to live in once the renovation process finishes up.  Check out what the untouched interior previously looked like in our past post: LINK
