Harlem Bespoke: We walked by the storefront with the bird mural on the roll gate at 146th and Broadway recently and noticed that construction workers were finishing up a posh new space inside. There was a lot of retro features such as milk glass pendant globes and Deco leather banquet seats within which really piqued our curiosity.
Signage was up for Bird in Hand and we asked someone on site what was the new business all about. They mentioned it was a bar lounge situation and that a mid May opening would be most likely.
