whopping $2,538 a month but those living uptown can save over thousands each year since deals are starting to happen as of late.

three bedroom at 3694 Broadway by West 153rd Street has been listed for $2,600 a month with one month free which brings down the yearly total to $2,383 a month. This renovated apartment is close to many local cafes, restaurants and grocery stores in Hamilton Heights and on the cusp of Washington Heights. The 1 Train on Broadway is only 4 blocks away and the and C train on St. Nicholas is only a couple of blocks east of this address.
