Harlem Bespoke: We have had quite a few articles posted about the mysterious condition of 321 West 116th Street at the corner of Manhattan Avenue but 2022 appears to be the year that something might finally happen.
There is a paper trail that goes back to 2012 which has lead to nothing but now DOB permits that were approved in January show that a facade restoration and the units inside will be fully renovated. This is an HPD building so expect affordable units to arrive and hopefully the commercial space below will also be put to good use. One past tip mentions that these apartments will end up being a co-op eventually but it is unclear if this will actually happen going forward:
