Harlem Bespoke: A tip came in this week that an anchor tenant has been confirmed for the commercial ground floor space at 300 West 122nd Street and St. Nicholas Avenue which has finished up construction since breaking ground about 4 years ago.
New Yorkers love a good supermarket in close proximity and apparently Lincoln Market will be arriving soon. At this point in time, it appears to not just be a rumor since the official Lincoln Market website already has the big announcement up on the main page:
