Harlem Bespoke: We tend to just stick to the classcis but had to see what all the buzz were about with these rainbow bagels that have now landed in Harlem at Plowshares Coffee over on Amsterdam Avenue by West 126th Street. Our intention was only just to get coffee before a morning gym run but the colorful new arrival had us intrigued.
So how was it? If you can get over all of the techno color food coloring inside, the bagel itself is actually really good quality. The rainbow bagel has been kinda of Instagram famous for a few years now and these might not always be available. Definitely try one if so inclined on the next visit to this notable Manhattanville destination which is one of Harlem's largest coffee shops to be found uptown.
