whopping $2,899 a month but those living uptown can save over thousands each year since deals are starting to happen as of late.
In the past week, a prewar, a no-fee,
two bedroom at 506 West 150th Street by Amsterdam Avenue in Hamilton Heights has been listed for $2,195 a month. This renovated apartment is close to many local cafes, restaurants and grocery stores with the express subway entrance at 147th Street and St, Nicholas Avenue just about a 5 minute walk aways.
