50 PERCENT SOLD AT 26 WEST 127TH STREET CONDO



Harlem Bespoke: A new press kit has announced that the development called 26 West 127th Street, a new boutique ground-up condo development, has reached 50% sold in just 10 weeks despite the traditionally slow summer sales season as buyers look for value, more space and more privacy.  We took the above photos doing a preview in June before sales officially launched for the season. 

Completed this summer, 26 West 127th Street boasts 11 one-bedroom residences and one studio apartment ranging in size from 572 to 587 square feet; sales first launched in June.
