DWELL: 200 EDGECOMBE IN CONTRACT
Harlem Bespoke: The gut renovated 200 Edgecombe by 143rd Street so for $1.75 million about three years ago, went back on the market for $2.25 million in February but quickly had the price reduced to $1.999 million and now has a contract out. As previously mentioned, the three-family home is decidedly modern but has some great, higher end finishes within that aesthetic. This used to be one of the last wood clapboard facade home in Harlem but the renovations has pretty much made everything contemporary. With that said, this townhouse is impressively 22-foot-wide but does not have the extra floor on top like most brownstones. Express trains on 145th Street are really close by and new coffee shops have opened in the area in the past few years. More details on Streeteasy: LINK

DWELL: 130 WEST 127TH IN CONTRACT
After being on the market for 4 months and a slight price reduction to $2.6 million, number 130 West 127th Street now has a contract out. The 2-family brownstone just east of Lenox Avenue has been gut renovated with new design elements that reflect the history of the house except for the more moderate finishes in the kitchen and baths. Some awkward design choices such as the obvious air vent positioning and cast iron for interior stairwells are also included but overall some impressive features can be found.
