The $1.3 million occupied SRO brownstone that is up for sale at 1889 Lexington Avenue was just evacuated yesterday because of vibrations caused by construction nearby. DNAinfo reports that cracks started to appear on the last townhouse standing near the corner of East 118th Street due to the construction of the Lancaster Lexington next door and the subway work underneath: LINK. The article references the townhouse as 1881 Lexington but our cross check indicates it should be house number 1889.
