☞ DWELL: 123 West 122nd Street Brownstone
New on the market this month is a brownstone just outside the Mount Morris Park Historic that is asking for one of the higher prices uptown. The 3-family home at 123 West 122nd Street (just west of Lenox Avenue) has an owner's duplex garden floor unit, lots of original woodwork and is at a decent 19 foot wide. There's just over 4,000 square foot of space and the north side of the block has some wonderful architecture to it. On the downside, the property faces a pretty basic looking circa 1960 elementary school so the view isn't the best. The townhouse is right by the historic district that has the most happening to it on the main strip of Lenox but will it get the $2.6 million bid that it is currently looking for?

This house was on last year's Mount Morris House Tour. Lovely home.
