It's been awhile since any updates have come in on the Central Harlem renovation townhouse but some progress has been made in the past month out front. The top photo shows the boarded-up exterior as it appeared for many years and now the building has a distinct new look.
Casement windows seem to be appropriate for townhouses that have a brick vernacular and the new double hung versions are quite an improvement in this renovation. Another impressive detail is that custom arched windowpanes were made for the parlor level (lower photo). This house was gutted a couple of months back so all the infrastructure work is currently at hand. More in our past post: LINK
