☞ DWELL: 403 Manhattan Back on Market

The townhouse at 403 Manhattan Avenue and 117th Street was previously in contract earlier this year after several price chops that had set it at $875K. This South Harlem rental quality building has now appeared back on the market and went full circle by starting all over again at the 2008 asking price of $1.65 million. More details and interior photo after the jump.

This property is close to everything that is happening of on FDB, Morningside Park and the subway at 116th Street but the interior is moderately renovated at best. With that said, the 3-family, 18 foot wide townhouse could just be considered an investment property for the right buyer assuming the apartments are currently going for market rate and future rent can be adjusted accordingly.

  1. The double-wide former church on Manhattan just south of 116 also seems to be back on the market. The sale sign is up and it’s beginning the have the look of an abandoned building.

  2. Thank god, surely this house is worth much more then 875k. A bit of molding, some wallpaper and paint and this place could be really cute. Please, whoever buys this change the front door.
