☞ DWELL: 10 Jumel Terrace Townhouse

Sylvan Terrace's wood frame row houses might be one of the more picturesque blocks in the Heights but the architecture lining the surrounding blocks are pretty impressive themselves. A townhouse at 10 Jumel terrace is now up on the market for the asking price of $1.999 million and has much of its original details still intact.  At 17.75-foot-wide along with 3,728 square feet of space, the impressive house is similar  to its neighbors on this block located just past 160th Street. This single-family home is just north of Harlem's borders so will it sell for a price similar to that of houses a bit further south? More details and photos at the broker site: LINK

  1. Gorgeous woodwork, especially the walk through bathroom on the bedroom level, hope the new owner keeps all these details.
