ReplyDeleteI live just around the corner and I can remember back in the mid 80's when those houses were going for $200,000.00 WOW how things have changed. But its a good area with celebrity neighbors. The downside is not much available in terms of amenities Being across from the MJM is nice and next to Sylvan Terrace and 555 Edgecombe with all its heyday history but one needs and desires decent markets, theatres, etc, all of which is sorely lacking in this nabe.
