☞ DWELL: Last Contract out at Harlem Sol

The last time we checked in at the Harlem Sol 121 at 121 West 123rd Street, the townhouse was half sold but now the restored brownstone-turned-condo has basically sold out.  This new development was at the 50 percent mark when we last checked in October but a recent search on Streeteasy shows that the last of the 4 units went into contract just in the past few days: LINK

Harlem Sol is a combination of two adjacent buildings, located at 121 and 123 West 131st Street between Lenox Avenue and Adam Clayton Powell Boulevard.  Harlem Sol 123 is a new-construction building featuring a modern design with hints of traditional brownstone characteristics. Harlem Sol 123 has apparently had the last contract out for its 8 units since this past Spring: LINK
