Saturday, October 27th, 1:00PM-4:00PM, MMPCIA Halloween Parade at Marcus Garvey Park, 124th Street and Mount Morris Park West. The Mount Morris Park Community Improvement Association presents their Annual Mount Morris Park Halloween Extravaganza which will start off with a parade around the park on Saturday.
