☞ DWELL: 108 West 131st Street Closes Contract

A triplex at number 108 West 131st Street in Central Harlem was apparently in contract and reportedly has now been sold as of this week.  The 2-family brownstone has been on and off the market since 2009 and the most current listing price was at $1.19 million.  This 17.5-foot-wide property had a contemporary gut renovation and is located on one of the more intact brownstone blocks located north of 125th Street.  Lenox Avenue is just around the corner from this location and all of the major commercial development happening just 5 blocks south is a short walk away.  More on the Streeteasy: LINK

  1. Is that for the building or just one of the units? From the broker site it looks like it is the garden unit only.

  2. This building had an approved condo plan for two separate Condominiums but the entire package was also for sale. The buyer purchased the entire building/package. Asking price was $1,190,000 per condo OR entire building was $2,290,000. Sale price will be included on The 2012 Harlem Lofts Townhouse Market Report if it is publicly recorded before December 31st, 2012. Regards, Robb Pair
