Number 452 West 142nd Street had a half million price cut down to $2 million last October, went into contract by November and closed in December for $1.9 million. This 18-foot-wide, single-family limestone is located just outside of West Harlem's Sugar Hill District and appears to be fully restored with some incredible original details in place. Express subways at 145th Street are only few blocks away along with Jackie Robinson Park and a small commercial hub. More photos and details can be found on the broker site: LINK
