Number 452 West 142nd Street had a half million price cut down to $2 million last October, went into contract by November and closed in December for $1.9 million. This 18-foot-wide, single-family limestone is located just outside of West Harlem's Sugar Hill District and appears to be fully restored with some incredible original details in place.
