☞ REVIVE: 72 Hamilton Terrace Has Sold
A Bespoke reader has informed us that the large corner house at number 72 Hamilton Terrace (at roughly 144th Street) has sold to a notable local developer. This landmark building with the mansard roof was a church up until several years back but a fire had left it derelict and abandoned within one of the most charming block in West Harlem. Apparently this townhouse mansion will be converted from church status into a single family home based on our insider information and the aforementioned developer might have had something to do with one amazing renovation in the neighborhood this past year: LINK
