Number 52 Hamilton Terrace hit the market just over a week ago for $2.85 million and now has a contract out. The moderately renovated home with average finishes
sold for $1.1 million about a year ago and now the upgraded interior with marble touches in the bathroom seems to have hit the right note with the higher end buyers. As price points get higher, buyers are not only looking for a decent block but also original details and better-than-basic upgrades.
