DWELL: RECORD CONTRACT FIRST QUARTER 2015
The first quarter of the 2015 has wrapped up and one house in historic Hamilton Heights has the record contract of the year based on a $3.5 million asking price. Number 393 Convent Avenue by 147th Street in the Sugar Hill Historic District is a generous 23-foot wide home, on a rare corner lot, and has been renovated with original details intact. This is also one of the nicest blocks in West Harlem with amenities arriving quickly in the past year and the express trains which gets one to midtown in just a little over 10 minutes are only a block away. ReplyDeleteIt was on Million Dollar Listing!!!
ReplyDeleteSorry to see that the perception is it's "too far north"
I saw this property on tv last nite. Very interesting the dynamics between the broker and the seller. And I agree with the seller, it is "...a work of art."
